Crimean Muftis Defend Mustafa Dzhemilev From Wahabits

The Spiritual Directorate of Muslims of the Crimea has called on the local Muslims not to support the organizers of the protests against the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar People and not to yield to provocations.

According to a report of Crimea 24 from December 2, on November 21, in Simferopol, a meeting of the opponents of the Mejlis was held by representatives of the National movement of the Crimean Tatars, organization New Generation-Crimea, Sebat, Milli Firka and participants of the field “lawns of protest.”  The organizers supported the idea of “impeachment of the head of the Mejlis,” Mustafa Dzhemilev, and his Deputy, Refat Chubarov.

The Spiritual Directorate of Muslims of the Crimea warned that the protest organizers act jointly with the wahabits, “the leading players on the arena of the world perturbations.”

The name of these actions is deception and the purpose is division,” stresses the address.
