Ecumenical Patriarch and Archbishop of Cyprus commemorated the OCU Primate at Liturgy

On the day of the Triumph of Orthodoxy, March 8, in the Church of St. George in Istanbul, Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew and Archbishop Chrysostom of Cyprus held a concelebration, during which the names of the primates of the local churches were expressed behind the diptych.

Among them was the name of Metropolitan Epifaniy of Kyiv and all Ukraine. This is reported by Cerkvarium citing the Bulgarian website Doxologiainfonews.

On the eve of March 6, Archbishop Chrysostom, who arrived at Phanar at the invitation of Patriarch Bartholomew, announced that there was no problem for him to recognize the OCU.
