On September 11, in Uman, about 18:00, a 30-year-old man felt sick. After examination by a medical team of Israeli experts, the man was diagnosed with a heart attack and was urgently taken to the Kyiv Specialized Medical Center by a helicopter of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine,” Protsenko wrote on Wednesday on his Facebook page.

He noted that this year, the holiday of Rosh Hashanah in Uman which became a place of Hasidim pilgrimage, was accompanied by a large number of emergencies.

“It seems that such a number of events on the Jewish New Year never happened before: appendicitis, a heart attack and numerous cases of candles left in the premises and attempts to install outdoors grills on the balconies of high-rise buildings,” added Protsenko.
