Head of Kyiv Patriarchate Meets Health Care Minister

On March 30, 2010, on the premises of the Kyivan Patriarchate, the meeting between the head of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church-Kyivan Patriarchate, Patriarch Filaret, and the Minister of Health Care of Ukraine Zinovii Mytnyk was held.

KYIV — On March 30, 2010, on the premises of the Kyivan Patriarchate, the meeting between the head of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church-Kyivan Patriarchate (UOC-KP), Patriarch Filaret, and the Minister of Health Care of Ukraine Zinovii Mytnyk was held. During the meeting, Patriarch Filaret thanked Mr. Mytnyk for many years of cooperation with the church, awarded him with the order of St. Prince Volodymyr Equal-to-the-Apostles, and wished him God’s blessing in his service.

The minister noted that his pre-Easter visit was aimed to show his respect to the patriarch whom he has known for many years, reports the press service of the UOC-KP.
