On October 30, the head of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church-Moscow Patriarchate, Metropolitan Volodymyr (Sabodan), was hospitalized. According to the doctors, the condition of the hierarch is bad, the website of the  reported.

“We are asking everyone who is not indifferent to the condition of the head of our church to intensify the prayers for the recovery of Blessed Metropolitan Volodymyr,” the Secretary of the primate, Archbishop Oleksandr (Drabynko) of Pereiaslav-Khmelnytskyi addressed the believers.
