Huge heaps of debris appeared near the Cathedral of the Holy Virgin of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church in Lutsk.

Huge heaps of debris appeared near the Cathedral of the Holy Virgin of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church in Lutsk, a deputy of the Lutsk City Council, Andrii Kalakhan, said in a commentary to IA ZIK. RISU’s Ukrainian-language web page posted this story on July 24.

“There are several large heaps there, one of them is as tall a few men. Obviously, it is not soil dumped from an individual construction sight but from an industrial object,” said the deputy.

“I have submitted a deputy request to the mayor of Lutsk in order that he should instruct structural subdivisions to find out where the debris near the church was transported from,” stated Kalakhan.
