10 February, 17:00

During the evacuation of people in the frontline territories on February 6th, Pastor Vladyslav Makhovsky of the Baptist Church "Salvation" in Zaporizhzhia was injured. Currently, his condition is satisfactory.

This was reported by the press service of the Baptist Church.

Shrapnel from a Russian drone damaged Vladyslav's leg, and the volunteer transport was completely burnt out. This happened in Avdiivka. The pastor was evacuated to Pokrovsk and later transported to Zaporizhzhia.

"Avdiivka is, was, and will be Ukrainian," Vladyslav Makhovsky wrote on Facebook. "Evacuation continues despite my inability to evacuate people right now. But evacuation groups continue to work in Avdiivka. Yesterday and today, I handed over 100 liters of fuel to the guys for the evacuation of people, from the funds collected. So if you want to help, the details are in the first comment.

Once again, I want to express sincere gratitude to the evacuation group "White Angels", who arrived immediately for my evacuation, and with whom Gennadiy Yudin and Dmitry Solovy worked in Avdiivka, as well as sincere thanks to the rescuers of the State Emergency Service, whose names, unfortunately, I do not know, and to the military guys who helped and literally carried to the first evacuation point."
