In the occupied territory of the Zaporizhia region, Russian terrorists continue to kidnap representatives of various religious denominations.

On the morning of December 12, armed soldiers broke into the premises and took the pastor of the evangelical church and the Bethel Youth Christian Center, Sergey Karpenko, to an unknown destination.
The father of four children took the family to the territory controlled by Ukraine, and he stayed in occupied Berdyansk to help those in need.
Rashists arrested the pastor, searched the church and allegedly found Ukrainian symbols, according to Berdyansk residents from the occupation.
As previously reported, two clergymen of the Donetsk Exarchate of the UGCC, father Ivan Levitsky, rector of the parish of the Nativity of the Most Holy Theotokos, and father Bohdan Geleta, an employee of this parish, were illegally arrested in Berdyansk, Zaporizhia region. To date, the priests have remained under arrest, and there is no possibility of contacting them.
