In Kharkiv, events to celebrate St. Nicholas and Christmas will be held in the subway

Events to mark the winter holidays will be held in Kharkiv from December 6 to January 6 at subway stations.

This was reported in the Telegram by the Kharkiv City Council.

“Festive programs dedicated to St. Nicholas Day have been prepared for the citizens, which will take place on December 6 at the Historical Museum and University subway stations. In December and January, concerts of the creative project “Together to Victory!” will be held in the Kharkiv subway, and on December 25, everyone will be able to watch the festive program “From Christmas to Christmas,” the statement says.

Additionally, from December 25 to January 6, a festive exhibition of works by students of Kharkiv art schools will be open in the lobby of the Constitution Square subway station, and on December 26, the traditional residence of St. Nicholas will be open for visitors at the Historical Museum subway station. It will be open until January 6.

Festive concerts dedicated to Christmas and the New Year will also take place on December 19 at the Kharkiv National Academic Opera and Ballet Theater named after Mykola Lysenko. In addition, on December 26-30 and January 2-6, a New Year's performance for children, The Secret of the Fourth Kingdom, will be shown there.
