In the conference hall of the Spiritual Board of Muslims of Ukraine in the Ar-Rakhma Mosque in Kyiv, on 5-7 October, an international conference “Islamic Religious Education in Secular Institutions” is organized by the Vienna University, Islamic University (Kyiv), M. Dragomanov National Teacher Training University with the support of the ministry of Foreign Affairs of Austria and Austrian Regional Centre for Cooperation of Science and Culture in Sarajevo.
According to Umma.org.ua, the forum is attended by representatives of more than 20 countries of Europe, Middle East, Central Asia and Caucasus.
The conference is a part of the project “Islamic Education in the South-Eastern Europe” implemented by the Vienna University.
