On these days, between the two rounds of the presidential elections, it is very important for the voters to distinguish the truth from fake, virtual from real, false from real things.

On these days, between the two rounds of the presidential elections, it is very important for the voters to distinguish the truth from fake, virtual from real, false from real things.

Patriarch Sviatoslav (Shevchuk), Head of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church wrote this on his Facebook page.

“Between the two rounds of the presidential elections, it is very important for the voters to tell the truth from fake, virtual from actual, false from real things.” he wrote.

The head of the UGCC has also suggested to recall an event from the Old Testament, when the chosen people completed their journey in the desert and had to cross the Jordan. “God-chosen people have renewed their alliance with the Lord, and God speaks to Israel: I set two choices before you – good and evil, life and death, will you choose life?” His Beatitude Sviatoslav cited biblical words.

The second round of the presidential elections will be held on April 21.
