Lviv Metropolitan Mieczyslaw Mokrzycki, RCC, wishes the faithful Merry Christmas

24.12.2020, 10:07

Christmas greetings by Lviv Metropolitan Mieczyslaw Mokrzycki were published on the official website of the Roman Catholic Church in Ukraine.

"We, Christians, remember this fateful event for every person, celebrating with great joy the Nativity of Christ. We rejoice and admire God's love and kindness for us, as we contemplate the Newborn Child, His Mother Mary, and his earthly Guardian, Saint Joseph. We rejoice as shepherds who saw angelic choirs glorifying God's greatness and declaring peace and God's blessing to people of goodwill.

Beloved in Christ!

Kindly accept my sincere congratulations and wishes on the occasion of the Christmas holidays. May Almighty Glorious God, who came into the world as a small child, dispel the darkness of our hearts. May he give us the true faith, strong hope, and boundless love, so that we can recognize and fulfill his holy and infallible will.

I wish you blessed and joyful Christmas holidays and a generous new year 2021 in grace, health and peace of mind.

I wish you a peaceful sky over our country, a speedy end to the pandemic, and peaceful days filled with love and God's grace in our families."

Christ is being born!
Glorify Him!
