During the ceremony of blessing of missiles Metropolitan of the UOC (MP) blessed the soldiers of the Guards Artillery Regiment of Sevastopol and Feodosia, of the RF Armed Forces in Crimea. This became known from the video of the scene published on the website of Radio Liberty.

INTERFAX.RU has reported that the air defense system S-400 "Triumph" was provided to Guards Artillery Regiment of Sevastopol and Feodosia of RF Armed Forces in Crimea in late 2016.
Iron ore long-range S-400 "Triumph" is designed to defeat strategic and tactical aircraft, ballistic missiles, hypersonic targets and other means of air attack in conditions of electronic and other forms of resistance.
The system is capable of hitting aerodynamic targets in the range of up to 400 km and ballistic targets at a distance of 60 km flying at speeds up to 4.8 km/s at altitudes from several meters to several tens of kilometers.
