Metropolitan Volodymyr ordains two new bishops

During the service, the synod of bishops ordained Arcadius (Taranov) as Bishop of Ovidiopol.

On August 5, Metropolitan Volodymyr celebrated the Divine Liturgy at the Church of St. Nicholas of the Holy Protection Convent in Kyiv. During the service, the synod of bishops ordained Archimandrite Ephraim (Yarink) as Bishop of Berdyansk.
