Metropolitan Volodymyr Receives Part of Relics of John the Merciful

On February 20, Archbishop Feodor (Mamasuev) of Mukacheve and Uzhhorod of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church-Moscow Patriarchate visited Metropolitan Volodymyr in the hospital, where the metropolitan undergoes rehabilitation.

On February 20, Archbishop Feodor (Mamasuev) of Mukacheve and Uzhhorod of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church-Moscow Patriarchate visited Metropolitan Volodymyr in the hospital, where the metropolitan undergoes rehabilitation, the website of the UOC-MP reports.

In particular,  Archbishop Feodor passed to the metropolitan a part of the relics of the holy Patriarch John the Merciful of Alexandria, which was passed to the Ukrainian Orthodox Church-Moscow Patriarchate by the community of the Roman Catholic Cathedral of St. Martin in Bratislava last year.  

The archbishop also reported to Metropolitan Volodymyr on the status of affairs in his eparchy and wished the Primate a quick recovery.
