His Beatitude Metropolitan Volodymyr is physically unfit to participate in the Divine Liturgy on the day of his 76th birthday.
On November 23, the birthday of His Beatitude Metropolitan Volodymyr, at the Refectory Church of Kyiv Cave Lavra the Divine Liturgy was celebrated. The service was headed by the senior permanent member of the Holy Synod of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church Metropolitan Agathangel of Odesa and Izmail.
During the service the hierarchs, clergy and believers prayed for the health and recovery of their primate.
