The Ministry of Culture of Ukraine has approved the Standard for Providing Administrative Service to Register the Statute of a Religious Organization and Amendments Thereto.
Order of 18.04.2012, № 366 passed state registration in the Ministry of Justice on August 22 as № 1415/21 727, reports the Institute for Religious Freedom.
State registration was caused by the fact that the present legal act affects the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of citizens. The order will take effect on the date of its official publication.
According to the Ministry of Culture, under the provisions of Article 15 of the Law of Ukraine “On Access to Public Information,” the ministry will publish the Standard for Providing Administrative Service to Register the Statute of a Religious Organization and Amendments Thereto on its official website.
