Museum Complex Sofia Kyivska will be renovated

A relevant resolution was taken at the government's meeting dedicated to the government-financed program on the reconstruction and restoration of cultural heritage in the cities, which will host the Euro 2012 championship, according to the official Web site of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

Ukraine's national Museum Complex Sofia Kyivska will be renovated, Interfax-Ukraine informs.

A relevant resolution was taken at the government's meeting dedicated to the government-financed program on the reconstruction and restoration of cultural heritage in the cities, which will host the Euro 2012 championship, according to the official Web site of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

The Cabinet included the state order for repairs and restoration of the architectural monuments of the St. Sophia Cathedral, including the building of the cathedral and improvement of its territory into the government procurement program for 2011.
