New Bishop of Konotop of UOC-MP Welcomed By All Heads of Districts

The new Bishop Roman (Kymovych) of Konotop and Hlukhiv of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church-Moscow Patriarchate was presented in the Triokh-Anastasiivskyi Cathedral of Konotop in the presence of the local clergy and state officials.

According to the information of Sumy Regional Council, the service in the cathedral was attended by the rural deans of all the districts, clergymen and heads of district state administration of the eparchy’s territory, a deputy A. Derkach and Deputy Head of Sumy Regional Council, Oleh Boiaryntsev.
 
The new head of the eparchy was presented to the clergymen and flock by the Administrator of UOC-MP, Archbishop Antonii of Boryspil.
