New Book of Archbishop of UOC-MP Deals with Canonical Crisis

The secretary of the head of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church-Moscow Patriarchate, Archbishop Oleksandr (Drabynko) of Pereiaslav Khmelnytskyi and Vyshneve, wrote a book “God, Man, Church.” According to the website of UOC-MP, the first part of the book deals with questions of the creed and theology, current problems of church life, including the question of overcoming the church divide and cultural separation of the East and West.

The second part consists of selected analytical commentaries and articles including the author’s meditations on ways to overcome the canonical crisis, critical review of the concept of Kyiv as the new Jerusalem and a fundamental essay on human rights in the light of the Christian idea.
