Andrey Perla, a political commentator for the Russian TV channel 'Tsargrad', justified the shelling of the Okhmatdyt Children's Hospital in Kyiv.
This was reported by the Telegram channel Christians Against the War.
According to Perla, those who feel sorry for enemy children do not feel sorry for their own. Humanism is about ending the war, and "the only way to end the war is through victory".
He said that "those on the other side of the frontline" have no moral right to condemn Russia.
"I say 'these' because the law of war is cruel and very simple: such enemies cannot be considered human beings. We need to realize - simple and terrible as it is - that there are no people on the other side. Not a single person. Our missiles do not kill people, for there are no people there," Perla said.
He also called for continuing attacks on children's hospitals and using their "most powerful weapons at enemy cities." He suggested that Ukrainians surrender, and then they "may be pardoned".
