Patriarch Kiril’s mission is to keep Ukrainian Orthodox Church on short leash, expert says

During his July 26-28 visit to Ukraine, Moscow’s Patriarch Kiril won’t propose any changes to give more independence from Moscow to the Ukrainian Orthodox Church [Moscow patriarchate], the expert on religion, Andry Yurash, told UT.UA July 25.

His visit will be yet another demonstration to the Ukrainian society and the world of who rules the roost in the UOC [MP].
