President Greets Metropolitan Lazar on His Birthday

Ukraine’s President, Viktor Yanukovych greeted Metropolitan Lazar (Shvets) of Simferopol and Crimea of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church-Moscow Patriarchate on occasion of his birthday. So reported the web site of the President.

“Your Eminence, I would like to greet You sincerely on occasion of Your birthday. I wish You from my heart spiritual and physical strength and the Lord’s blessing for all Your good works,” reads the address.
