On the fourth day of Russia's war against Ukraine, President Volodymyr Zelensky speaks with Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew.
Zelensky wrote about this on Twitter, according to Ukrayinska Pravda.

Negotiations between the Ukrainian and Russian delegations are due to take place on the border of Ukraine and Belarus: they can start as early as the morning of February 28, since representatives of Ukraine take a long time to get to the border.
