Putin met with religious leaders of Russia and thanked them for their support

The President of Russia met with representatives of the country's religious associations. He thanked them for supporting the Russian military in the war against Ukraine.

This information was reported by the Telegram channel "Christians Against War”.

"I considered it very important to meet with all of you, and, first and foremost, I want to thank each of you for supporting the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and our fighters, their families, and everyone who is fighting for Russia within the framework of the special military operation," said Putin.

Among those present at the meeting were the head of the Russian Orthodox Church, Patriarch Kirill (Gundyayev), the head of the Russian Orthodox Old Believer Church, Sergey Rakhivsky, the Chief Rabbi of Russia, Berl Lazar, and others.
