ROC laconically comments on Kiril’s meeting with Constantinople’s delegation on the Tomos to Ukraine: no particular details

On July 9, 2018 Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia at his working residence in Chistyy Lane in Moscow met with members of the delegation of the Patriarchate of Constantinople, including Metropolitan Emmanuel of France and Metropolitan Bartholomew of Smyrna, the official site of the Russian Orthodox Church reports.

On July 9, 2018 Patriarch Kirill of Moscow and All Russia at his working residence in Chistyy Lane in Moscow met with members of the delegation of the Patriarchate of Constantinople, including Metropolitan Emmanuel of France and Metropolitan Bartholomew of Smyrna, the official site of the Russian Orthodox Church reports.

Taking part in the meeting on behalf of the Russian Orthodox Church was Metropolitan Hilarion, Chairman of the Department for External Church Relations of the Moscow Patriarchate and Archpriest Nikolay Balashov, Deputy Speaker of the DECR.

During the conversation, issues related to maintaining inter-Orthodox unity were discussed.
