On November 30, the Roman Catholic bishops of Ukraine prayed for the fallen defenders at the Lychakiv Cemetery and at the grave of Fr. Henryk Mosing.

According to the official website of the RCC in Ukraine, after the meeting of the Conference of Bishops of Ukraine, the bishops honored the memory of the fallen soldiers who gave their lives in the Russian-Ukrainian war on the Field of Mars in Lviv.

These days mark the 25th anniversary of the death of Fr Paul, better known as Dr. Henryk Mosing. Thus, after the prayer for the defenders, Lviv Metropolitan Archbishop Mieczyslaw Mokrzycki led the prayer for Fr Mosing at Lychakiv Cemetery near his burial place.

According to Archbishop Mieczyslaw, Fr Mosing was a great figure in both the spiritual sphere and science. He made a significant contribution to the creation of the typhus vaccine, which saved the lives of hundreds of thousands of people.
