‘Russian World’ to be taught at Christian ethic classes in Donetsk People’s Republic

This was stated by the coordinator of the Information Resistance group, Dmytro Tymchuk, on his Facebook page, RBC-Ukraine reports.

"Metropolitan Mytrofan (Nikitin) of Horlivka and Slovyansk blessed the training of teachers of secondary schools in the temporarily occupied territory to teach the subject “Christian Ethics” under the control of his subordinate clergymen.

It is anticipated that in 2017-2018, “Christian ethics” will be taught in 39 educational institutions of Horlivka. In concordance with the "Ministry of Education and Science of the DPR", the accompanying note stated that, in this way the clergymen of the Diocese of Horlivka of the UOC (MP) contributes to the implementation of the policy of spreading the ideology of the "Russian world" in the temporarily occupied territory and the formation of appropriate views among local youth,” Tymchuk writes.
