On September 15, Russians shelled Novoraysk in the Kherson region. As a result of the terrorist attacks, the local Greek Catholic parish was damaged.
Fr. Oleksandr Bilskyi wrote about this on Facebook.
“It was a difficult night for our center.
We are sorry to inform you that last night, Russian troops shelled the village of Novoraysk. The building where the parish of the Maccabee Martyrs (Beryslav, Kherson region) and the Caritas Beryslav branch of the UGCC are located was heavily damaged,” Fr. Oleksandr noted.
In addition to the destruction of the building, two vehicles used to deliver aid and people with disabilities were damaged.
“The humanitarian aid that was in the building at the time was also significantly damaged. Thank God that all the employees and volunteers are alive and in relative safety.
Please pray for us and our Beryslav region!
P.S. If you have the opportunity to help financially, we will be deeply grateful.
