This year Ramadan will begin on August 10; therefore, Muslims of the world are waiting for the new moon after the sunrise on August 9, 2010, to mark the beginning of the month of Ramadan.
As the beginning of the Ramadan nears, the Spiritual Directorate of Muslims of Ukraine greeted all Muslims: “Let the Gracious God accept the fast of the blessed month of Ramadan of all faithful and give them more knowledge, patience, and wisdom.”
