Sybiha discusses the spiritual independence of Ukraine with Patriarch Bartholomew

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Andrii Sybiha met with Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew and members of the Holy Synod in Istanbul.

The head of Ukrainian diplomacy announced this on the social network X, according to Ukrinform.

“In Istanbul, I had the honor to meet with Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew and members of the Holy Synod. I expressed my gratitude to His All-Holiness for his prayers for Ukraine and support for the Peace Formula. We discussed the spiritual independence of Ukraine and support for Ukrainians abroad,” said Sybiha.

Andrii Sybiha visited Turkey on October 20-22.
