The Head of the OCU met with the Ambassador of Great Britain in Ukraine

Metropolitan Epifaniy of Kyiv and All Ukraine met on November 21 at his residence, the Metropolitan's House, with the Ambassador of Great Britain to Ukraine, Martin Harris, accompanied by diplomatic staff.

According to the OCU website, the initial conversation centered around commemorating the 10th anniversary of the Revolution of Dignity and the Day of Dignity and Freedom celebrated in Ukraine.

The head of the OCU emphasized that Ukraine is still fighting for its freedom and independence, defending itself from Russian aggression, thus requiring steadfast support from the democratic world. He also expressed gratitude to the ambassador for the significant and important assistance provided by the government and people of Great Britain to Ukraine.

Additionally, during the meeting, they discussed the process of establishing the local Orthodox Church of Ukraine, interfaith situations, matters of state-church relations, external church connections, and the international activities of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine.
