The network operating under the cover of the UOC-MP, recently exposed by the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), had direct connections with the FSB, the Russian Orthodox Church, and Kremlin collaborators.
This was reported by the Operative Telegram channel.
Their manuals contained a list of "friendly" pro-Russian Telegram channels and bloggers, including Shariy and Legoyda, a propagandist and the head of the ROC's press service.
Members of the network discussed organizing prayer vigils near the Lavra, how to influence their deputies to block legislation against the UOC-MP, and preparing appeals to the UN regarding the "anti-Christian" regime in Ukraine.
"PCU needs to be banned," "Russia does not abandon its own," "Zelensky bans Christianity in Ukraine" - these were the slogans spread by collaborators in the information space. "The scheme failed, the SBU exposed all 16 members of the network, and four key figures have already been detained," notes the Telegram channel.
