The UOC Parish in the United States collects UAH 100,000 for the National Museum of Holodomor-Genocide

On October 4, 2022, the Primate of the local Ukrainian Orthodox Church met with the Acting Director General of the National Holodomor-Genocide Museum, Lesya Gasidzhak, at the Metropolitan House. The Metropolitan talked with the guest about the ongoing construction of the museum and the arrangement of its exposition.

In addition, Metropolitan Epifniy briefed Lesya Gasidzhak that today, as a charitable contribution, the amount of UAH 100,000 will be transferred to the museum's account, which for this purpose was collected and provided by the parish of the Ukrainian Orthodox Cathedral of St. Andrew in Washington (Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the United States).
