The flag of the 128th separate mountain Assault Brigade was brought to the Holy City of Jerusalem by Bishop Varsonofy of Uzhgorod and Transcarpathian OCU, chaplain of the 128th brigade.

Recently, Bishop Varsonofy visited Jerusalem. He hung out the brigade's battle banner on the Holy Sepulchre and all the main shrines of the Holy Land and consecrated it in the Jordan River.
In the holiest place for every Christian, the chaplain of the 129th Brigade, Bishop Varsonofy, prayed for our defenders and the victory of the Ukrainian army over the Russian invaders.
