Ukrainian Competition Reporters of Hope in Ukraine Launched at UCU

On June 8, 2010, the second Ukrainian competition Reporters of Hope in Ukraine was launched.

LVIV – On June 8, 2010, the second Ukrainian competition Reporters of Hope in Ukraine was launched. It is a competition for the best article, report, or program, which is the "information-carrier of decisions" and not only represents important questions of the modern society but also gives specific answers and solutions to them and urges people into action.

The competition was organized by the Institute of Ecumenical Studies of the Ukrainian Catholic University with the support of the French association Reporters of Hope (www.reportersdespoirs.ua). It is the second such event in Ukraine.

To participate in the event, one is to submit materials containing "information-carrier of decisions" broadcasted, voiced, or published in any Ukrainian mass media (in Ukrainian or Russian) and found in electronic media from June 8, 2010, to June 6, 2011.

The best works will be chosen in four nominations: Society, Economics, Culture, Religion.

The winners will be awarded in October 2011.

Materials are accepted until June 6, 2011.

Materials marked as "For competition" are to be sent to the Institute of Ecumenical Studies of UCU at Lviv- 79011, 17 Svientsitskoho Street or by e-mail to reporternadii@gmail.com.
