Members of C14 radical group blocked the entrance to Kiev Pechorsk Lavra. About a dozen of people came there with flares and a banner. After the negotiations between them and the Vicar of Vyshgorod and Chernobyl Metropolitan Pavel, which took a few hours, the entrance was open, reports RIA News.
