According to the guard, the incident occurred at about 4 a.m., he called the police only at 6.30 approx.
The Lviv City Council condemned the incident. “The perpetrators must be brought to justice. We appeal to law enforcement structures to investigate these events as quickly as possible. Lviv has always been a tolerant city,” the press service quoted the words of Deputy Mayor Andriy Moskalenko.
