Pope appoints Cardinal Mykola Bychok a member of the Dicastery for Culture and Education

In the Vatican, new cardinals were appointed to the dicasteries of the Roman Curia.

On Saturday, January 11, the press service of the Holy See issued a statement announcing the appointment of new cardinals to various dicasteries of the Roman Curia. In particular, Cardinal Mykola Bychok became a member of the Dicastery for Culture and Education.

As reported previously, at the end of last year, Pope Francis held a consistory in St. Peter's Basilica in the Vatican on the occasion of the installation of new cardinals, including Bishop Mykola Bychok, the ruling bishop of the Melbourne Eparchy of the UGCC.
