09.07.2010, 15:59

The July 8 session of the Kyiv City Council changed the coat of arms of Kyiv by removing the cross from the shield of Archistratege Michael and placing an image of an unloaded arbalest in its place. The new coat of arms also has a three-point crown over it. The flag is designed in the super-minimalistic style and has only one, blue color. The symbols were designed by artists O. Rudenko and V.
