This was stated by the Minister for Reintegration of the Occupied Territories of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov in an interview with Interfax-Ukraine, Obriy reports.

“These people should meet the criteria that they come from these separate districts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions. They lived there and had an official registered place of residence there. We are currently discussing, among other things, the final criteria,” he said.

At the same time, says Reznikov, these should be people who will be easy to identify.
