Metropolitan Epifaniy announced the termination of the legal existence of two patriarchs – the UOC-KP and the UAOC - during a briefing after the meeting of the expanded Bishops' Council, held on December 14 in Kyiv on the occasion of the anniversary of the creation of the one local Church.
"Yesterday, by the way, the procedure of liquidation of two Church entities - the UOC-KP and the UAOC - was fully completed. Such entities no longer exist. To confirm that, the state register contains a note that the "activity is TERMINATED", the Primate of OCU reported.
