Metropolitan Feodosiy of the UOC-MP faces additional charges sent to the court

The investigation has determined that while under round-the-clock house arrest, the accused posted his videos on YouTube. In these videos, he negatively characterized representatives and believers of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine and other denominations, law enforcement officials, the judiciary, local government bodies, and public activists.
His statements contained calls for inciting national and religious enmity, as well as signs of inciting the population of Ukraine to resolve interfaith conflicts. Corresponding conclusions have been confirmed by a forensic linguistic examination.
The pre-trial investigation was conducted by investigators of the Fastiv District Police Department of the National Police of Ukraine under the operational support of the Security Service of Ukraine in the Cherkasy region.
It is worth noting that another criminal indictment has been sent to the court regarding Metropolitan Feodosiy for similar offenses, as well as for justifying, acknowledging as legitimate, and denying Russia's armed aggression against Ukraine.
