The Holy Synod participants decided that the funeral service of Metropolitan Volodymyr would be performed on July 7, 2014 in the square before the Dormition Cathedral of the Kyiv-Caves Monastery (Lavra), he would be buried in the monastic cemetery near the Church of the Nativity of the Mother of God.
