The authorities prohibited actions of the Ukrainian nationalists against the participation of Patriarch Kirill of Moscow in the inauguration of President Viktor Yanukovych.

KYIV – The authorities prohibited actions of the Ukrainian nationalists against the participation of Patriarch Kirill of Moscow in the inauguration of President Viktor Yanukovych, reported the press service of the All-Ukrainian Association Svoboda (Freedom).  " RISU’s Ukrainian-language web site posted this story on February 26, 2010.

According to the information of Svoboda, its representatives were blocked near the underground station Arsenalna and the police aggressively stopped attempts to unfold the banners or raise the flags, even the state ones.

Svoboda previously called Yanukovych to invite for the inauguration only representatives of the Ukrainian Churches prepared to establish one national church.
