Rabbi Moshe Reuven Azman took part in the International Democratic Union (IDU) forum in Washington, DC. This event brings together high-ranking officials, politicians, judges, senators, congressmen and opinion leaders who adhere to conservative, liberal-conservative and Christian-democratic ideologies from around the world.
The forum has become a unique platform for exchanging views, discussing political challenges, and finding solutions in line with the common values of freedom and democracy, the Jewishnews website reports.
During the meeting, Rabbi Azman addressed the audience, emphasizing the importance of unity, support for Ukraine, and the role of moral and spiritual values in global politics.
The rabbi thanked the organizers of the IDU forum for the opportunity to join this event and to present Ukraine's voice at such a high level and stated:
“Now, more than ever, we must work together, strengthen international ties and remind the world of the importance of joint action for freedom, peace and justice.”
