Patriarch Kirill has created a page on Vkontakte social network.
It is reported that the account has been created directly by the Moscow Patriarchate and it is the Patriarch’s true page. However, it is unknown if the Primate of the Russian Orthodox Church keeps it himself.
The comments to the posts are not closed; therefore, the patriarch has been trolled off by comments on the lifestyle of the ROC and its leader.
People resent his motorcade, and are indignant that the street traffic is blocked by road police during the patriarch’s visits to various cities of Russia, they wonder why he promotes ‘Russian World’ and criticizes everything Western so persistently while driving foreign cars and wearing an expensive branded watch manufactured in the West. They users also wonder what watch is better to buy and when will the Mother of God chase Putin away.
The comments contain many curses and atheistic statements. Sometimes users even recommend Kirill to ask his assistants, so they helped him close the comments, Ukrainian Pravda reports
