President Poroshenko remembers Holodomor victims

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has commemorated the victims of the Holodomor of 1932-1933 in Ukraine, the press service of the head of state has reported.

"The head of state laid wheat ears and guelder rose berries at the Memorial Cross on Mykhailivska Square in Kyiv. Petro Poroshenko observed a minute of silence for those who died during those terrible years," reads the statement.
