30.10.2025, 10:15

The Primate of the Russian Orthodox Old Believer Church, Metropolitan Cornelius (Titov), stated in his address to the Council of the ROOBC that the Church he leads “is aiding in the successful conclusion of the SVO.”

This is reported by Christians Against War.

"The events currently unfolding represent a true war, the outcome of which will determine the fate of Orthodox Russia and our children for future generations. We are now in a critical phase of global confrontation between Russia and Western countries. The special operation has become part of a larger struggle, and a victorious outcome is only possible through our commitment to Orthodoxy, unwavering faith, and the sincere values passed down to us by our pious ancestors."

According to him, "the deep roots of the current conflict lie in the spiritual realm — it's a struggle between good and evil, light and darkness, truth and falsehood, reflecting the eternal battle between God and the devil."
