Pechersk Lavra is part of the UNESCO World heritage, and there are rules, in particular, international ones, regarding the use of these objects.

To date, there are no facts of violation of the law of the UOC-MP in the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra and in Pochayiv. This was stated by the Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports of Ukraine Volodymyr Borodyansky in an interview with NV.

"Pechersk Lavra, as we know, is both a reserve and a Church. There are rules for the use of the Lavra, which must be fixed in the contract between the state and the Church. And the task of the state is to ensure that these obligations are fulfilled by the Church. We will deal with it. We will monitor the situation” " the Minister said.

When asked by a journalist whether the Kyiv Pechersk Lavra and Pochayiv Lavra are hotbeds of the "Russian world", Borodyansky noted that this did not correspond to reality.

“I have no information that this is a hotbed of "Russian world". To date, I have no facts of violation of the law of the UOC-MP in the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra and in Pochayiv” " Borodyansky said.

He also recalled that the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra is part of the UNESCO heritage, and there are rules, in particular, international, which say how these objects should be used. This is reported by Religiyna Pravda (Religious Truth).
